The festival was produced by the Initiative for Cultural Exchange and Computer Arts for Thailand supported by Gallery Kunstpunkt Berlin in collaboration with the Chiangmai University. 

Chiang Mai University Faculty of Fine Arts, CMU Art Museum and Faculty of Architecture provided production facilities, space for exhibitions, screenings, workshops and rooms for visiting artists.

ICECA developed the Festival program and worked with organizations such as MBC (Germany), the international German art film program, and AudioVisions (Austria).

Juergen Morits linked the festival with works done under the Austrian media art program AudioVisions and with SixPack Films, Vienna.

Michael Brynntrup (Germany) organized, curated and presented 2 programs (20 films) of recent German art films.
